Jocie entered the world of real estate in 2006 after leaving her NYC-based software sales position of over ten years. Jocie always had an interest in becoming a Realtor and felt her past sales experience combined with her local area knowledge was an excellent means of transition to helping people with their real estate experiences.
Jocie understands that a home purchase is both exciting and potentially stressful. Her goal is to insulate her buyers and sellers from the stresses often associated with a real estate transaction. Jocie listens thoroughly to client needs and expectations and greatly enjoys helping clients meet their goals smoothly. In addition, Jocie prides herself on being up-to-date on market conditions of much of lower Fairfield County, allowing her to provide current market knowledge to her buyers and sellers.
Jocie coveys her knowledge of Fairfield County with that of the real estate market, and provides the utmost in professionalism to her clients and her peers. Whether in need of sound buying advice or an aggressive marketing strategy for the sale of a home, Jocie is up to the challenge.
Jocie and her husband both graduated from New Canaan High School, and now reside in Fairfield. After living in Colorado for a number of years, Jocie and her husband were drawn back to Connecticut to raise their family of four children. Jocie is active in her children's Elementary School PTA and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including walking, hiking, swimming, and skiing.
