Joe Gallagher first moved to Cobble Hill, Brooklyn about 19 years ago and he has never left. He developed a passion for the neighborhood and its beautiful properties and decided to enter the real estate profession to share his love of the community on to others. Joe now lives in Carroll Gardens with his wife and two children.

Prior to entering real estate, Joe held several sales positions where he developed his love for meeting new people. He quickly learned that the most important aspect of sales is the ability to listen. He is patient, friendly and enthusiastic. He gives the same professional service to the college grad renting their first apartment as he will for the buyer of a multi-million dollar brownstone or the beginning developer in search of the perfect site for their project. Joe does not just rent or sell an apartment; he introduces his clients to all aspects of the community. As a young parent, he is familiar with the needs of the individual as well as the needs of the large family. For Joe, there is no greater compliment than bumping into a former customer and having them thank him 10 years later for his help in making one of the biggest decisions of their life. It is not uncommon for a client to call him back when the time comes to sell their home and buy another. It's the lasting relationships that Joe values most.
