Lisa Conway possesses a diverse and accomplished background which includes experience in executive management, sales, merchandising, marketing and the visual arts. These assets enable her to be a real estate professional with an outstanding level of service.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Lisa was Vice President at a company Called Astral, specializing in the manufacturing of hand-cut, full-lead crystal stemware and hollowware. For eighteen years, she was responsible for overseeing sales, inventory and design. Before that, she was manager of a recording studio-and even served as a European Tour Representative for a major recording artist.
It was, however, her personal experience that brought her to the real estate industry. "When I was looking to purchase an apartment, I spent a lot of time researching property, looking at apartments and talking to brokers," she said. "It was hard work, and I loved it! I've made real estate my career since-and I have never once looked back."
Lisa left a prestigious boutique real estate firm to join Halstead Property, LLC 11 years ago, and has created an impressive track record ever since. She has become one of the top producers for the Village office of Halstead. She has been a Platinum Circle and Gold Member since joining the Halstead Property family. Lisa focuses her efforts marketing luxury property in the Downtown and the Upper Westside areas of Manhattan. Her strength has been in achieving the highest price for apartments and setting new record sales in buildings. Some of the record sales were set at 115 Fourth Avenue and 61 East 11th Street.
Lisa is also an accomplished potter and photographer. This well traveled, mother-of-one also possesses equally strong interpersonal skills. She is an excellent listener and communicator, allowing her to disarm and charm just about anyone-and can put even the shyest of strangers at ease within minutes!
