Pat Schumacher has been a residential broker in the New York Real Estate market for the past 23 years specializing in the medium to high-end properties on the Upper East Side. She has brokered many luxury apartments from Fifth to East End Avenue.
Ms. Schumacher has also been a director of sales and helped train many of the brokers in the business today and is well known and respected in the brokerage community. As a longtime Eastside Resident, she has extensive knowledge of the East Side buildings and their board requirements.
Ms. Schumacher works with a great professionalism and integrity to find the perfect home for her customers. With equal skill, she is seasoned in successfully handling exclusive listings for sellers.
Before entering the real estate field, she was a corporate wife to a retail executive and was active in San Francisco and New York in volunteer work. As the mother of 3 daughters, she is familiar with the schools here in New York City and Westchester.
A native of North Carolina, she attended William & Mary College in Virginia and the Tobe Coburn School in fashion in New York City.
