Todd Buchanan is a Vice President of Halstead Property, LLC. Todd Joined Halstead in August of 2003 as a seasoned nine year veteran Broker specializing in Residential Sales and Leasing in the sought after Downtown areas of Manhattan. His extensive market knowledge coupled with his natural sales ability enable Todd to stand out in the Real Estate Community.
During his time as a Realtor in New York City, Todd has developed lasting relationships with sellers and buyers, with landlords and tenants-many of whom add to his list of client's or Exclusive's through repeat business or referrals on a regular basis. Todd's attention to detail, personability and endless energy are some of the reasons these people keep coming back!
In addition to his Real Estate business, Todd has created bridge businesses that make sure he covers all the bases for his clients. He operates a Property Management Company that handles the daily management of independently owned Condo and Co-op units (including several rental properties he owns himself) as well as operating an Interior Décor/Design business.
Todd's Property Management Company makes him a natural selection for clients interested in purchasing for investment and his background in design makes him the perfect choice for those clients interested in raw space or “fixer-uppers”. Todd is a graduate of New York University where he received his B.A. in Journalism. Prior to becoming an Associate Broker, Todd had several years experience in Property Management and Advertising Sales.
Todd has a great sense of humor and an easygoing charm instilled in him through his up-bringing as a Proper Southern Gentleman which makes him a delight to work with in any capacity, additionally, Todd's community spirit has led him to lend his time, energy and fundraising ability to many charities including the Yorkville Common Pantry, The Muscular Dystrophy Association, Angel Flight and AMFAR.
