Her true love of the City and active lifestyle keep her about town and abreast of everything it has to offer, from the timeless staples to the newest additions of each neighborhood and every block. Terah possesses a special understanding of all that contributes to the desirable "New York lifestyle," and has developed a special intuition for each and every one of those details that makes her clients' perfect home.
Terah pursued a B.A. while at Barnard College of Columbia University, and later received her B.B.A at Parsons School of Design. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Terah worked in the fashion industry where her skill for public relations gave her a distinct edge. In addition, she has launched two entrepreneurial fashion businesses: a jewelry line in New York City, and sportswear line in Miami, Florida.
Tireless and dynamic, Terah is also a licensed Spinning/REV instructor who regularly teaches cycling classes at Equinox Fitness Clubs. She has traveled and lived in Europe and South America - extensively in Spain, Argentina and Brazil- and speaks conversational Spanish and Portuguese.
As a broker, Terah knows that communication is the essence of customer service, thus she gives total dedication and individual attention to all of her clients, many of whom have become her closest friends.
