Having immigrated from Russia at an early age, Zoya Litinetskaya was raised in New York for most of her life. Her 8 year track record as a real estate professional began at the age of 19, while pursuing a degree in Marketing and Communications from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.
Zoya joined Halstead/Feathered Nest after a successful 6 year run within the Entertainment Field, where she co-owned a Special Events firm of her own, single handedly catering to the entertainment elite within the music, film, media and fashion industries.
As a real estate professional, Zoya draws on her experiences from running her own business, in which the main focus was always customer service. "Designing an event and following it through from beginning to end depended fully on giving your customer exactly what they want and that is very similar to a real estate transaction", she claims.
