Adam Trese is a wonderfully talented and dedicated real estate broker who will exceed your expectations in all respects… I could not be more impressed with Adam's professionalism and dedication and highly recommend him for all your real estate needs. He is pleasant, thorough and extremely responsive. I would use Adam again in a heartbeat. - L.P.Adam Trese joined Halstead Property, LLC in February of 2004. Prior to that, Adam worked at another Manhattan firm helping families and small landlords purchase, sell and rent property on the Upper West Side, in Murray Hill and the East and West sections of Greenwich Village. Born and raised in Greenwich Village, Adam has unique insight into this exciting city. His experience has been a consistent and invaluable asset for the buyers and sellers he has assisted. Several of Adam's customers acquired their first New York City apartment thanks to his helpful guidance. He has also helped many parents navigate the maze of co-purchasing a Manhattan coop for their child.
Striving to be the very best at everything he does, Adam works tirelessly to improve his current level of knowledge and, as a result, remains on top of the market's fluctuations. This love and enthusiasm for New York City real estate has quickly earned him his Associate Broker license and a business based almost entirely on referrals.
As an actor, Adam has starred in over 10 feature films and several television shows including The Sopranos, Law & Order and NYPD Blue. Recently starring on Broadway in the 2005 TONY nominated revival of 12 Angry Men, Adam still managed to assist both buyers and sellers and was awarded entry into Halstead Property's Gold Circle for his successful involvement with transactions ranging from one to three million dollars. The following are excerpts from a few of the recommendation letters Adam has received:
Mr. Trese should be praised for his professionalism, his knowledge of the market as well as his sensitivity, thoughtfulness and creativity. My employer had limited time to relocate and Mr. Trese could not have been more accommodating and thorough. - E.P.Thanks for everything! Also, you should know that whenever I need to fill an apartment, I will be calling you. You are so responsible and even-handed. It is a pleasure working with you. - D.S.We love the apartment and I often think of how easy you made everything during what is, ordinarily, a stressful time… - M.M.[Working with Adam] was our best experience ever with a broker. - S.P.Adam, you continually amaze me. You are the only realtor that I have ever met with such heart and sincerity… I cannot express how appreciative I am for all of the time and effort that you spent helping me with my search. You have been so patient and understanding with me through all my confusion. - L.F.Thanks again for all your hard work and efficient efforts in the face of my always crazy schedule. You're the glue! - S.R.Thanks for taking such good care of my family and my building! - L.F. & R.O.Adam was always a source of knowledge and handled the deal's nuances with ease. Adam followed the sale through to the end with the utmost professionalism. - L.F.Halstead Property, LLC
