Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Adrienne Zernich is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Parsons School of Design with degrees in Nutrition and Fashion Design. She has a passion for working with people and has a reputation of being dedicated, hard working, professional and sincere. Adrienne understands the excitement and importance of buying a first home in Manhattan as well as a tenth home. Being a resident of the Chelsea/Union Square area for over ten years, Adrienne is very knowledgeable of the best restaurants, lounges, shopping, and nightlife this city has to offer.

Before joining Halstead Property, Adrienne enjoyed a successful career in fashion design working with Michael Kors, Jill Stuart, and Newport News as well as serving as Design Director for Esprit, Baby Phat, and Steven Madden. During her time in fashion, Adrienne quickly demonstrated her exceptional work ethic and keen eye for marketing as she rose through the ranks from Design Assistant to Design Director within three years. She excelled multi-tasking and working under the pressure of multiple deadlines. All of the skills developed during her time in the fashion industry translated perfectly to real estate and serve her clients well in their search for the perfect new home.

Adrienne takes a personal approach to real estate, always attentive and cognizant of the client’s needs and wishes. She understands that every individual has different taste, style and desires. She will go above and beyond in helping achieve the goals of the customer. She’s also optimistic, positive and energetic; it’s a contagious quality that makes the entire real estate process enjoyable and rewarding. Adrienne is tenacious about finding the right home for her buyers, and leaves no listing unturned.

Adrienne is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is extremely ambitious in not only helping clients find their dream home but making it an exciting and pleasurable experience. When not working with clients, Adrienne is an active volunteer at New York Cares, working with the elderly, children, and meals for the homeless.
