Born in Brooklyn, Alan has lived for the past 20 years in Manhattan, moving from the Upper East Side to Gramercy and then to his current home in Chelsea, giving him first hand knowledge of the city's diverse neighborhoods. His clients also benefit from his inside experience as a coop owner and landlord, as well as years spent as a coop board member.
