Alexandra Compton is a seasoned real estate professional. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market, Alexandra has experience ranging from identifying the right property for a client to clarifying board requirements and the mortgage process. She has the necessary skills to work with a community of residential buyers and sellers to ensure their transitions are as stress-free as possible.

Alexandra specializes in the sales of co-ops and condos on the Upper Westside and Upper Eastside of Manhattan, but is happy to work with clients in any neighborhood and she brings an expertise in negotiating the sales process.

Prior to joining Halstead, Alexandra worked as a Financial Analyst for Citigroup. Her experience in finance and accounting plus her 20 years of service in the Armed Forces (US Army) have made her well prepared for her fast-paced career in real estate.

She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY); the Manhattan National Association of Realtors (MANAR); and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Alexandra is also fluent in Spanish and English.

Alexandra took on the task of marketing and selling our NYC studio in November of 2010. In this tough market she found us a buyer in just a couple of weeks at close to asking price. She was very helpful , knowledgeable and professional. She worked with us through the entire process from, marketing to closing.
