Ann Bialek has been a resident of Manhattan for 22 years, 14 of which she has spent cultivating an impressive career in real estate. Her achievements include a place in the Producer's Council for being among the top 20% of money-makers for Halstead Property. She is also a member of both the Platinum Circle and the Gold Circle for selling properties worth over $6 million.
Ann shares her true understanding of the real estate market openly and honestly with each and every one of her clients, whether it applies to studios or massive lofts, uptown penthouses or downtown pied-a-terres. By dealing with every client and customer individually, she works hard to make sure they each find the perfect home or the perfect buyer.
Ann graduated from NYU with a degree in education and began her career as a second and third grade teacher. Over the years, she has owned and operated two very successful businesses. She brings to real estate her keen business and interpersonal skills, which have enabled her become a top producer for her company and most importantly, for her clients. When not devoting her time and energy to her clients and buyers, Ann is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She has been married for 47 years and has two children and six grandchildren.
