Ari Harkov has developed a strong and envious reputation in the real estate industry. As a result of his hard work and dedication at Halstead Property, he earned the coveted title of Senior Vice President, in one of the fastest rises ever seen at the company. The Real Estate Board of New York presented him with one of the most prestigious awards in the industry: the coveted Rookie of the Year Award for 2008. In addition, Crain’s New York Business recently named Ari as one of the top five residential brokers to watch under the age of 30 in New York City.

A member of the Producer’s Council and Gold Circle at Halstead Property, Ari offers his clients a rare degree of negotiation skills, market knowledge, customer service, and sophisticated pricing and valuation expertise.

Ari works alongside Warner Lewis, forming The Harkov Lewis Team at Halstead Property. Together, Ari and Warner have represented a wide array of clientele in the sale, purchase, and rental of their homes, as well as in the leasing and sale of commercial properties throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. The team has represented numerous professional athletes, celebrities, and business executives, as well as first-time homebuyers and renters, along with retail and office tenants and landlords. Ari and Warner also provide consulting services to hedge funds looking for insight on the NYC real estate market.

Ari holds an MBA with honors from Columbia University, a BA with honors from Vassar College, and is a part-owner in a bar/restaurant in Brooklyn.
