My clients are as diverse as the mortgage products we offer. From professional athletes, to first time homebuyers, to $100M plus real estate investors, each one of my clients requires a unique relationship with their real estate broker, and I’m proud to have found the winning team in Ari and Warner. Together they listen to the client’s needs, embrace the client’s vision as if it were their own, and execute at some of the highest levels in the business. Ari and Warner know the city, they know how to get things done, and they prove that to me each and every time we work together. I don’t just talk about them being the best; I use them personally for my real estate needs because they are the best. - Victor Shaio, The Shaio Team, Bank of America Home LoansHelios Hospitality has completed a wide array of projects throughout NYC, including prominent night clubs, bars, and restaurants, both as a principal and consultant. Warner and Ari are true professionals who see the big picture from a real estate and business perspective and consistently go above and beyond to meet our real estate needs. In hospitality development, securing the right space, location, and deal terms is critical to success and Warner and Ari have proven indispensable to us and to our clients. - Paul Seres, Helios Hospitality GroupAfter being traded to the New York Rangers, my life was a bit of a blur. Warner & Ari came in and took care of everything. I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to be looked after with the utmost care and professionalism. - Chris Higgins, ex-New York RangerAri and Warner act as a true team with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. They are aware and ahead of the market and honest and supportive through the process. The team represented us as sellers and buyers simultaneously. On the sale, they were able to leverage their resources to get the maximum amount of visibility for our listing. Even in this challenging environment, we had a signed contract in less than a week at a price that we were happy with. On the purchase, they gave us objective guidance and were sensitive to our timing and needs. We relied on their experience and real estate knowledge to find our new home and simultaneously close two deals in a short timeframe. The process was easy thanks to their efforts and we couldn't be happier with the results. - Danielle & Steven Caldwell, buyers and sellersHalstead Property, LLC
