Prior to entering the real estate field, Astrid had a successful career as a marketing executive for American Express and Time Inc. In many of her work experiences, negotiations were a key to success and she applies this skill to each of her projects. Astrid combines her past work experience and knowledge of real estate to ensure her clients are well educated and able to make the best decisions possible. Once a transaction is complete, she is available to provide continued guidance to ensure the buyer is able to assimilate into the community and enjoy all the benefits.

Astrid was born and raised in Darien and currently lives in town with her husband and two sons. She has been immersed in the community and has studied Darien real estate over many years. She possesses a unique understanding of the town, neighborhoods, public and private schools and the important nuances of finding a perfect match for a buyer and seller.

Astrid received a BA from Occidental College and an MBA from Cornell University. She speaks French and Norwegian and enjoys cooking, gardening and playing sports with her two boys.
