Aviva Aranovich once spent six months combing New York City for a new home with an elevator that could fit her 7-foot-long Grand piano! For most, hers would have been considered a case of “mission impossible”, but not daunted by such challenges, Aviva found the perfect home for herself and her piano. It is this aspect of her personality that Aviva has turned into a finely-honed skill. She is one New Yorker who remains doggedly focused on a goal until she is victorious and it is with the same determination that she delivers superior service, personal attention, total dedication and outstanding results to her customers in each real estate transaction.
Aviva’s spirit of dedication comes from years of mastering the intricacies of being a classical concert pianist. Trained at The Juilliard School where she earned a Master’s degree, Aviva has performed around the world at the greatest musical houses including Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center in DC, and the Ford Center in Toronto. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University. Her classical training has given her the unique gift of listening and being sensitive to the needs of her Buyers and Sellers so that she can better help them to achieve their goals.
Aviva’s unique global professional experience, combined with being born in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, later growing up in Israel and living in New York City for the past nineteen years, has attuned Aviva to cultural sensitivities. In addition, Aviva is multi-lingual and is fluent in English, Hebrew, Russian and Lithuanian.
