With more than $250 million dollars in sales since 1993 - together with a diverse and accomplished business background that includes several licenses and designations in insurance, securities and other areas of financial planning Barbara has established herself as one of the top real estate professionals in Manhattan.
Barbara joined Halstead Property, LLC in 1994 and became an Executive Vice President in 2005. She has been a continuous honoree in the company's prestigious Producer's Council, an award whose recipients are recognized for ranking in the top 10%. She has also been elected numerous times to the company's Platinum Circle, an award that emphasizes the company's focus on high-end properties.
Active in Manhattan's FlatIron District, Barbara is a resident broker specialist at Madison Green Condominium, 5 East 22nd Street where she has resided since 1993. As of December 2009, Barbara has completed over 300 transactions at Madison Green.
Barbara has a strong referral base and attributes much of her success to repeat business. People she has worked with appreciate her professionalism, dedication, honesty and hard work. Barbara is a good communicator and takes pride in making the buy and sell side of every transaction comfortable throughout the process.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Barbara spent 15 years as a sales associate and licensed underwriter for a major life insurance company, where she was often recognized for excellence.
