I can't tell you how pleased and admiring we are of all that you did on our behalf. From the beginning, your communication to us and the flow of information on the market were superb. You kept us glued together as we endured. a rotten market.
Once we had an accepted offer, you stepped in to oversee every aspect of meeting the closing contingencies, including oil tank removal, asbestos abatement, plumbing repairs, and on and on. This was on top of quarterbacking the paper flow with our lawyer. We were 3OOO miles away, and I dare say that this deal could not possibly have been, certainly not in the very short time frame that we were working with, were it not for your total attention to the myriad details.
Betsy, we are so thankful for all that you did and, most of all, for keeping us smiling all along the way. Let's do it again soon! - Satisfied Seller
