Betul was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, and has made New York her home more for more than a decade. A resident of Union Square who specializes in rental and sales in Battery Park, her focus is on Downtown but she can help you with other areas as well. When not working with her clients she loves her adopted city and knows it well—from its distinctive neighborhoods and great architecture and parks to its world-class museums, restaurants, and other services and amenities. She has a wealth of resources and information at her disposal, but even more importantly, Betul enjoys sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

Betul’s multifaceted background also includes experience in cultural affairs, the arts, business, and travel world extensively. She speaks Turkish, English, and French After completing her B.A. in Art History and a Post-Graduate Certification in Tourism Management) at Istanbul University, In New York, Betul earned a Master’s degree in Near Eastern and Museum Studies from NYU and worked in the fields of art and visual coordination and presentation for a textile manufacturer, an art gallery, and a prominent department store corporation.

In addition to her real estate career, Betul is also a certified Feng Shui consultant and the owner of Life & Space consulting services – the perfect complements to each other as they show her comprehensive understanding that finding a home is not just about facts and figures but also which apartment or house makes you feel most comfortable and “at home”
