The consummate professional, Bonnie Waldman has worked in the real estate industry since 1988. Her experience in the industry, along with her strong work ethic and her detail oriented, patient, and attentive approach are tremendous assets for her clients. Prior to working in real estate, she has worked in such specialized and diverse fields as financial planning, advertising/media buying, education, and at the Resources Council in the Decorating & Design Building.

Bonnie has lived in New York City her entire life, she possesses and extensive knowledge and expertise of the different neighborhoods in NYC and the trends in the real estate market. This, coupled with her eclectic background, has made for a winning track record in the New York City real estate arena. Bonnie specializes in all facets of the real estate industry, including furnished and unfurnished rentals, and the sale of co-ops and condominiums.

Bonnie holds a B.A. degree in Sociology and Education from Brooklyn College. A mother of a grown son, her interests are Hatha Yoga, bike riding, water aerobics, cooking, movies and world travel. She is also a licensed Notary Public of the State of New York. Known for her patience, dedication, follow-through, and accountability, Bonnie is "always on the job."
