Bruce’s primary focus is residential property sales on the Upper Eastside, Midtown East, Gramercy Park, and the Upper Westside. He has also sold properties from Battery Park to Hudson Heights as well as represented landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions. Bruce offers an extensive network of proven real estate attorneys, mortgage professionals, and design/construction resources.
Bruce partners with his wife Lisa Holland-Davis, a Vice President at Halstead.
Bruce began his career in real estate with Halstead Property in 2003.Prior to Halstead, he assisted Fortune 500 companies with their computer programming/data modeling needs. His client list included: Chubb, Corning Metpath, AT&T, Electronic Data Systems, Automatic Data Processing, and Fair Isaac.
Bruce and Lisa reside on Manhattan’s Upper East Side with their Maltese, Hampton.
