Catherine Randall joined Halstead after a career in commercial real estate where she underwrote and marketed commercial properties. She tracked recent sales in Brooklyn to determine market trends as a tool for her commercial clients. Now, at Halstead, she puts those same skills to use as a residential broker. Her broad knowledge of the Brooklyn market and its many unique neighborhoods has made her an asset to buyers and sellers alike.

Catherine was born and raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn, earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from University of Vermont. While at UVM, she interned for The Horizon Group in Westchester where she researched ways to make the development more environment friendly using LEED guidelines. In her spare time, Catherine enjoys skiing, running, and playing tennis.
