Charles Gedinsky with over 15 years in the Real Estate Industry is considered to be an expert with building sales in NYC. He has marketed and sold some of the finest Townhouses, Apartment Buildings and Investment Properties in Manhattan. Charles has sold Townhouses and Investment Properties on the Eastside and Westside, Gold Coast, Greenwich Village up to Harlem. He successfully marketed and sold single handedly one of the Westside’s finest trophy 25 foot Townhouses off Central Park West which is and elegant 10,000+ SF one family residence. His reputation as a Townhouse specialist with a large following of buyers and sellers enables him to find buyers the right home or investment property and sellers to sell their properties in a timely manner.
Charles is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Rent Stabilization Association, Small Property Owners of New York just to name a few. He has been asked on several occasions to speak about housing and building issues at owners, forums. He is regularly called upon by property owners, brokers and attorneys for his opinions and expert knowledge on industry issues and buildings. He has also sat on several Coop Boards.
