Christina Neuhaus brings more than ten years of real estate experience with her to Connecticut and NYC. During her career she has consistently been recognized as a top producer, and in 2008 was in the top 100 in real estate sales in the State of Connecticut.
Christina has a very loyal client base largely because of her calm disposition, attention to detail and excellent negotiating skills. She also has a very keen eye for design and has worked as a stager for many of her listings, allowing her sellers to sell their homes very quickly, even in slow markets.
A childhood spent as the daughter of an executive who relocated his family many times makes Christina very adaptable and easy going. This in turn has made her very understanding and helpful to others dealing with the process of relocating.
Christina’s other passions include photography, travel, interior design and she is a seasoned polo player, owning her own Polo Club for a time. She has two teenage sons both in college. She has volunteered for Pegasus Therapeutic Riding, working with children with all types of disabilities teaching them to ride, and was a Chairperson and player for Near and Far Aid’s Charity Polo Match two years in a row.
