A Brit. by birth but a New Yorker in his heart, Christopher is a firm believer in putting his money where his mouth is. For the past 18 years Christopher has been busy buying, renovating, developing and selling his own properties both in New York and Europe. Recently he has bought, lived and sold apartments in Noho, Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Chelsea and the Upper West Side and is currently developing several lofts in Tribeca.

Christopher brings his intimate knowledge and expertise to Halstead Property LLC where he is enjoying helping his customers find the same joys of home ownership and sound investment opportunities that he himself has enjoyed.

Christopher brings a varied background to Halstead Property his career has spanned being a geologist on the oil rigs of the North Sea to being a Regional Sales manager for a book and record store and also being a Director of International Sales and Marketing for Playboy Magazine as well as for US News & World Report. For the past 20 years prior to joining Halstead Property Christopher traveled extensively and internationally with his work but always found himself in the business of solving his client’s needs.

Listening to his customer’s needs and priorities is always of paramount importance to Christopher who welcomes the opportunity to work closely with his clients here at Halstead Property and who also believes that house hunting can be fun enjoyable and a lucrative experience not a frustrating one!
