Christopher Todd Simmons was born in San Francisco and was raised in Portland, Oregon but has called New York City home since early 2000. The energy, pace and diverse nature of the city is a natural fit for him and he considers himself a New Yorker at heart. He brings a real love for the city and a personal approach to the business and enjoys spending time exploring New York with his clients in the search of the perfect home or investment for them. Christopher Todd gets great satisfaction from finding someone the right deal and shares his client’s excitement in the process. He believes that the only way to tackle the real estate world in New York is with hard work, patience and enthusiasm.
After college in Santa Barbara, Christopher Todd attended the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute before embarking on a career as an actor in Los Angeles. He has also worked as an improviser and freelance music journalist. A member of the Screen Actors Guild and Actors Equity, Christopher Todd maintains a steady interest in the arts. He moved to New York to perform in an Off-Broadway play and fell in love with the East Coast and decided to make it home. He moved into the world of real estate after settling in Manhattan and has extensive experience in rentals and sales and a great interest in both. He is very pleased to call Halstead Property his working home in New York City.
