Cynthia Fitzgerald is a native Texan with an international sensibility. She has traveled extensively all over the world -- Bhutan and French Polynesia are favorites. London, Spain, India and Morocco were home for more than a while. Manhattan has been her home for over 25 years and she knows and loves this city as only someone who dreams of living here can. An intimate understanding of New York's many neighborhoods enables her to assess a client's specific needs and translate them into real housing options to suit both their lifestyle and budget.
Prior to joining Halstead, Cynthia founded Caberra, a designer fashion company on Seventh Avenue. There she learned marketing and negotiating skills but perhaps just as importantly, she developed a unique sense of style. Her eye for detail and her visual creativity help her to see the potential in any space.
Cynthia graduated in Art History with a minor in Spanish from the University of Texas. She is passionate about architecture, art, music and food. She lives on a rooftop overlooking the Hudson surrounded by the gardens she has made.
She strives to provide her clients with the best information and options and to give them the space and time they need to make their decisions. She hopes to make the real estate experience pleasant and stress free from the initial discussions to the closing. She believes that the key to this is to listen to both the buyer and the seller. She wants each client to feel as if they are her only client.
