Prior to working in real estate, Cynthia worked in the service industry at Rosa Mexicano, a prominent upscale Mexican restaurant, as Maitre D and Manager. During her time there she developed excellent communication and people skills, the ability to think on her feet and manage challenging situations, and adaptability. She also worked with distinguished clientele and celebrities. Cynthia also worked at Saks Fifth Avenue for special events, and product promotions and launches. All of these skills serve her well in the real estate field and lead her to forming long-term relationships with her customers.

As a real estate agent, Cynthia is hard working, efficient and experienced. She goes above and beyond for her clients; she is authentic and truly cares for their best interests. She exhausts all options and possibilities of her client’s situation, so the owner or buyer can make the best decision, and possesses excellent negotiation capabilities. Her expert knowledge of Manhattan extends to most every neighborhood on the island. She has worked in many top buildings, has worked on deals with difficult boards and all cash buildings. Born in Chicago, IL, Cynthia moved with her family to Manhattan when she was five years old and has lived in NYC ever since. She attended Performing Arts High School for acting and Hampshire College for Liberal Arts. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys yoga, dancing, working out, hiking, tennis, swimming, dining out, museums, galleries, theatre, biking in Central Park or the Hudson River waterfront, singing, acting and dance. She also is into meditation, spirituality and has studied metaphysics. She is a founding member of a non-profit theater group, Actors Theater Workshop, and has worked with them for more than 15 years, doing major fundraising and organizational efforts and providing access to the theatre and the art of theatre in the communities and children in need. She also is proficient in conversational Spanish.
