Danica is a patient and committed, broker who is equally effective with both sellers and buyers. She listens carefully to her clients and customers; and takes care of them through every step of the process, making it as easy an experience as possible for both the seller and buyer.

Most importantly, she helps her sellers obtain the best possible price in the most advantageous time frame. She does this, first, by providing powerful and effective advertising to a global network of buyers, and, second, by offering proven and innovative marketing strategies. Lastly, by providing the most accurate and up to date market information so that her client can honestly understand the value of their home at that given moment. Her sellers are also greatly helped by her evaluation of the odds for success in closing of offers, and by her advice on staging their properties for optimal presentation to a prospective buyers.

Danica helps her buyers to successfully secure their desired property. This is done first by listening closely to their needs in order to refine and articulate their purchase priorities. Then, she introduces them to properties in neighborhoods that reflect their tastes, values and budgets. Through out the process, she provides her buyers with current and comprehensive information so that they can better understand the market, and, finally, by effectively negotiating on their behalf.

A long time resident of Manhattan's Upper West Side, Danica is the proud parent of school age twins and has been a popular educator with visiting school groups at the American Museum of Natural History for many years. She served for 11 years on the board of her co-op and has brought that knowledge and experience to all her transactions.
