David Costelloe brings additional knowledge and technique to the New York market. Previous experience as a project manager of apartment construction renovation has given David unique insight into numerous neighborhoods from Harlem to Tribeca, planned developments, and interior design. His careful attention to satisfy client's requests and drive to get the job done result in many client referrals. David believes that the key to a productive working environment is understanding clients' needs and working with the client to reach mutual satisfaction.

David is a graduate of the University of Ulster in Belfast, Ireland. He received his degree in Civil Engineering and moved to New York immediately after graduation. David is constantly surveying the market to identify trends, changing environments, and new construction so that he may bring these possibilities and options to his clients. Living in the very happening and ever changing Chelsea Clinton neighborhood, David brings a keen architectural and engineering eye to customers buying real estate in New York City.

When David is not with a client perusing New York real estate, you might find him out on the soccer field going for the goal or you might find him on the golf course aiming for the birdie. As an actor, David has appeared in several plays at the Irish Repertoire Theatre as well as a few television shows. When relaxing at home, David also enjoys playing the keyboards.
