Deborah Zavon has been working in Real Estate in New York City since the 1990s. She specializes in residential and professional office sales and rentals. Her business includes co ops, condos and townhouses. Also she has sold small buildings and leased retail space.
Deborah Zavon has lived in Carnegie Hill since 1978. Her familiarity with the area has been enhanced by her involvement with the local schools her children attended and performing as a member of her cooperative board. She has also been an active participant in the Carnegie Hill Neighbors Association, particularly the zoning committee, working to maintain the special status, thus protecting the charm and character of the area. She has lived in apartments, houses, and townhouses and thus has an understanding and appreciation of each.
Deborah brings with her the business and marketing skills gained over several years of conducting her own business producing two and three dimensional illustrations, children’s books, jingles and inventions such as the Toddler Platform. Her fine art has been exhibited in various locations throughout the city.
In the past she worked in various offices and as a volunteer in a department office and front desk at Lenox Hill Hospital. In that position she was responsible for office management, reception, patient information and client and public relations.
The creative, business, and community experience are a part of that which Deborah brings to her successful real estate career. She has been included in Halstead’s "Private Brokerage Council" for her achievements.
