Denise Coco has called New Canaan home since 1994, relocating from nearby Greenwich, CT. She is well versed in lower Fairfield County markets and communities where she has been a resident for over 25 years.
As a mother of three children – one currently in the public school system and two graduates who are college students – Denise is very familiar with the schools and community and has spent countless hours volunteering and supporting school and town activities.
She graduated from Villanova University with a BA in English and Communication Arts and continued her education at Temple University where she earned a Master of Journalism degree and was awarded a University Fellowship and selected as a Graduate Assistant.
After working in non-profit public relations and publishing, Denise continued a career in the home consumer marketing unit of Burson-Marsteller in NYC. Her clients included General Electric Appliances and DuPont StainMaster carpeting. She spearheaded a program to place consumer products in charity designer show houses/showcases throughout the country and rolled out a program to carpet the NYC bridges for theNYC Marathon.
A career in real estate was always in her future though. Her husband, father-in-law and brother-in-law are real estate professionals in the New York metropolitan area and the real estate market is a constant topic of family conversation. Denise offers her clients a combination of education, community involvement, market knowledge and personal service. She loves helping clients find their dream home and they build a lasting professional relationship.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Connecticut Association of Realtors, The New Canaan Multiple Listing Service, and The Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
