Diane Stigliano has been a licensed salesperson since 1987 and brings a wealth of varied experience to Halstead. For much of that time, she has carried dual licenses in New York City and Long Island and has served many clients relocating between the two locations. Extensive experience in Corporate Relocation, Bank Foreclosures, Estate Sales and known for her creative marketing in the many properties she has listed and sold.
In New York City, Diane is especially versed in condominium conversions. She listed and sold more units than any other broker in the conversion of the 1287 unit of Ruppert-Yorkville Condominium complex located on the Upper East Side. This was one of the largest conversions in New York City.
