Dwana Hughes, born in Harlem’s namesake Hospital has a kindred relationship with the community, its developmental growth and her real estate work. Dwana was introduced to the industry while working with a real estate attorney and title insurance agent in the sunny isle of St. Thomas. Upon her return to NYC, she found work with a property management firm that developed rentals and converted buildings to cooperatives, and her work with acquisitions made her licensure imminent.
Dwana also has procured talents in advertising, publishing, finance and client services from previous work experience, an added value she utilizes with various real estate markets and property types. She has worked extensively in the east and west village, midtown and various areas of the Bronx.
As an Associate Broker, she’s known to be honest, steadfast and passionate about her work with clients. Her most valued asset is her family and second to that - traveling to warm, exotic places immersing herself in its people and culture. She enjoys working in Harlem with its diverse cultural blend, economic diversity and wealth of development.
