Edith Siqueira found her passion in real estate after an extensive business career as an owner of a consulting firm and manager of a global team for a large corporation. She brings a wealth of management and deal-making experience to the residential and commercial real estate market. As investor in the real estate market for many years, she understands that real estate is a strong investment option, particularly as a hedge against inflation and when the economy is recovering or expanding.

Real estate investment requires the concerted effort of a team of professionals, and the broker plays an important role in assisting the customer during the buying process. “The experience of managing complex projects gave me the ability to quickly develop a good business process for my customers,” said Edith. “A good broker goes beyond finding the right property.” She emphasizes that a broker should assist the customer from the first step of defining goals to the final successful close.

Edith also stresses that while a business approach is important, property deals are often more than business transactions and require a personal touch. “I have experiences with relocation, even my own,” she says, “nothing is more personal than your own home.”

Originally from Brazil, an Economist with MBA, Edith speaks Portuguese and understands German and Spanish.
