Ed specializes in the Manhattan market where he has sold numerous condos and co-ops and has worked directly for developer/builders and sponsors of condominiums, conversions and single family homes. His experience has taken him to Philadelphia, where his sales and marketing experience launched a $35 million condominium, the first in over 20 years for the area. In Westchester County, Ed's expertise was again utilized in a $16 million single family housing development and the re-launch of a 182 unit condominium in White Plains with a sellout of $14 million. His Manhattan experience included the sales and marketing of a 50-story high rise in Murray Hill and the rental of a 35-story luxury rental building on the Upper East Side.
