Eileen Grossman represents the very finest of the real estate profession. She displays boundless energy and enthusiasm, unparalleled work ethic and superior intuition and integrity while servicing her Manhattan clients. Eileen enjoys the respect and admiration of her colleagues as well as her extremely loyal clientele.
After graduating from Long Island University with a degree in English and Journalism, Eileen began her career with our firm in 1990. Although she exclusively represented high-end properties throughout the City, early in her career Eileen specialized in finding homes for a long list of figures from the entertainment industry, including many elite members of Warner Brothers, DreamWorks SKG, Roundabout Theatre and various other theatrical companies. She still services that industry.
Currently residing in the East 60's, Eileen specializes in Condominium sales and rentals on the Upper East Side. For the past six years, Eileen has served as the on-site Sales and Leasing Director for the Savoy Condominium (200 East 61st Street), where she has realized a remarkable record of achievement, single-handedly overseeing a tremendous number of sales and rentals throughout the building, at record-breaking prices.
Eileen is Vice President of Halstead Property, LLC and is a member of the company’s Producers’ Council, representative of the top 20% of the firm as measured by sales and rentals.
