Eileen B. Hanford defines what it takes to consistently be one of Darien’s top real estate agents year after year. Eileen found her home in Darien 31 years ago. Since then, she has raised a family, established lasting relationships with friends and clients, and has become an expert on the towns of Darien, Rowayton, Greenwich and New Canaan. As a third-generation Realtor with 32 years of experience, Eileen’s success doesn’t come as a surprise. Her many clients have become her trusted friends. Eileen joined Halstead Property in 2009 and in 2010 was designated a member of Halstead Property’s Gold Circle, Producers Council and Chairman’s Council. She was also named the Top Producer for 2010 in the Darien/Rowayton office. Most notably, Eileen is among the top 5% producing agents within Halstead’s tri-state area.
Since 2005, Eileen has successfully closed more than $179M in real estate deals. Her production and tremendous client base speaks for itself. She is honored and blessed to be a part of the real estate community.
