A career encompassing more than 25 years in Real Estate is the natural outgrowth of the past lives I have led. With a musician mother and architect father, proportion, balance and relationship are the watchwords that have defined my careers in music, design and finally Real Estate. To me this progression is completely natural.
Knowing how a building is created and built can often be the clue to the way to make it work for a prospective purchaser. A knowledge of space, size and the guts of a structure are often very useful in helping to see the positive aspects of a property.
As a longtime resident of the West side, and a member of the West side office of Halstead Property, I am comfortable working in all areas of Manhattan. Co-ops, condos, and townhouses are the varied housing stock that Manhattan offers. Each has its own vocabulary and requirement. Solving the problems that this poses to my buyers and sellers is a constant challenge. I have been able to do this with a degree of ease, sufficient to satisfy my most demanding customer.
Many of my customers have become friends, and are now with me as second time buyers and sellers and have also sent new customers to me. This, to me is a wonderful mark of my success. Referrals and repeat business are what we want, a concrete proof of a successful career.
