Elayne Reimer is one of the top brokers in Manhattan specializing in luxury buildings on the Upper East Side, and she has earned the top sales awards to prove it. Her numerous accolades while at top real estate companies include 2007 Top Ten Real Estate Brokers in the North East, 2007 Top in listings received, Top in listings sold, Top in commissions earned, and Top in $1,000,000 + sales to mention but a few. Her clients appreciate her unparalleled expertise, boundless energy and matchless professionalism. As one of her buyers enthused, "Elayne is an excellent, knowledgeable broker...Who says purchasing an apartment in NYC can be among the most agonizing experiences one may encounter? Elayne guided us in the most professional manner sharing her expertise and experience. It made it easy!"
Elayne grew up in New Jersey surrounded by an extended family, all heavily involved in real estate. She moved to Manhattan where she studied at New York University, graduating summa cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa, then earned a prestigious fellowship from Columbia University to study government. She ultimately earned a master’s degree and launched a successful career as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Eventually, she applied the listening skills she had acquired as a therapist to helping clients buy and sell real estate.
Elayne and her husband live in the fabulous Excelsior building where she loves the services and amenities available to apartment owners. People like to buy from a broker who loves what she sells, and Elayne has listed and sold well over 100 apartments in the few years she has been marketing this incredible building! Many of her clients had to sell to buy there and turned to her for help. Thus Elayne has successfully handled sales all over New York City. She has a fully licensed staff working for her which makes her team available to help you 24/7!
Elayne’s motto is, "Make them happy and never give up!" She looks forward to the opportunity to help her clients find a home they will love, cherish, and enjoy for as long as they wish. And when they are ready to sell and reap their profit, she is there to help as well. Her goal is return and on-going business. One of her happy repeat clients explained, "I purchased an apartment in the Excelsior and I was lucky enough to be represented by Elayne Reimer in that purchase....I subsequently sold my apartment and purchased a larger apartment, employing the services of Elayne once again. Suffice it to say Elayne would be my first choice in brokers. She is the quintessential broker."
Hi Elayne, just wanted to send a quick thank you for selling my apartment for me and in such quick time frame. You’re definitely the best at selling in this building, anytime you need a referral or recommendation I would be more than happy to speak with potential sellers about you.I’m in the apartment of my dreams because of the energy, focus, patience and professionalism of Elayne Reimer. From the moment I met her, she provided all relevant information, often before I asked. She was clear and forthright about the apartment and the building, and she moved me efficiently through the process of bidding on the apartment, assembling my board package and interviewing with the Board. She made the entire process as comfortable as possible. - Julie HooverElayne Reimer guided me with the expertise and authority, but not without charm, through the arcane complexities of buying property at the Excelsior and I greatly appreciated her efficient help during the delicate phase of negotiation with the seller. She is the finest realtor I ever met. - Andre ClavelWhen we first met you, we knew we found our match. Immediately, you exhibited concern, professionalism, enthusiasm and proactive steps to land us our perfect apartment quickly. She works ceaseless, a powerful force at the Excelsior, where she can be seen in the lobby day and night! She sells virtually every apartment in this enormous building. She even gave the names of some companies to help install new windows – she saved me a lot of money! - Suzy GoldmanI am writing to tell you that ELAYNE REIMER is an excellent, knowledgeable broker who assisted us in our apartment search last year.
