Don’t let that charming Australian accent fool you…beneath that elegant and graceful demeanor beats the heart of a former tennis pro, ready to guide her real estate clients to victory with a sure and steady hand. When it comes to her clients, Elissa’s inquisitiveness, competitive spirit, discipline and steadiness has proven to be a winning combination in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
Prior to her real estate career at Halstead, Elissa worked as a pharmacist in research and operations for the world’s best known companies – including Bayer HealthCare, GSK, Sanofi, and Sterling Winthrop. She conducted research in their labs, digging for clues and solutions that resulted in the creation of baby products, vitamins, pain and cancer treatments for millions of people.
Now as a Halstead Real Estate Agent, Elissa uses her natural ability to investigate, dig deep, and creatively uncover the right real estate solutions for her clients. She partners with her colleague Gail Ward at their SoHo office, and together they champion their clients’ real estate interests with great commitment and passion.
Elissa has completed three New York Marathons and is an avid horse racing, swimming and rugby fan. She currently lives in Chelsea and Upstate New York with her husband, Alec Stais.
