Helping you with a real estate transaction is a serious responsibility that requires full time and attention. My goals are to educate and help you make the most informed real estate decisions.
A Wilton resident since 1981, I have extensive knowledge of Fairfield County towns, schools, and all the amenities that the communities have to offer. For buyers I go the extra mile to help located and negotiate their dream property at the best possible price.
For sellers, accurately pricing and strategically marketing a property is key coupled with skill at negotiating to structure the transaction and solve any issues that may arise along the way to a successful closing.
My patience, diligent, honest, research-driven approach serves buyers and sellers well.I am a complete professional, dedicated to providing extraordinary personal and confidential service.
In addition to having a Bachelors Degree from St. John’s University and a Masters Degree from Southern Connecticut State, I have over 10 years of commercial banking experience in both lending and marketing. I have served on numerous school and community boards and I am a sustaining member of the Junior League of Stamford -Norwalk, and a long standing member of the Lake Club Inc.
Professional Affiliations and Designations:
I strive to achieve the utmost results for buyers and sellers through insightful market analysis, patient representation, discreet, dedicated and diplomatic negotiating. A client’s best interest is always my #1 priority.
Towns served include: Wilton, Redding, Ridgefield, New Canaan, Easton and Stamford and Norwalk.
Thank you for all the hard work and guiding us through the last three months of house hunting, offers and finally closing. We feel quite lucky to have gotten it all completed on a house we plan to call home for many years to come. I can say with certainty, after five real estate transactions in the last decade, you have been the best realtor I have dealt with, both on a professional and personal level. Keep it up. We certainly appreciate it. - A.S. 2011Halstead Property, LLC
