Emir acquired his passion for real estate at an early age as he observed his mother, an architect technician, develop sketches and blueprints. Inspired by his mother’s architectural work, Emir’s father built their first home from ground up. Following in their footsteps, Emir enriched his portfolio last year by building his own three-story home in Queens, New York.
Besides selling and renting properties, Emir possesses a natural talent for interior design. Whether you are selling or renting your home, if you need advice on how to stage your home, what colors to incorporate, etc, Emir will have a professional solution that will please the most discerning individual.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Emir spent many hours volunteering at several hospitals and providing for the less fortunate. Post college, he worked at Sherman and Sterling LLP, which amplified and diversified his understanding of legal procedures in the real estate market.
Born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Emir is fluent in English, Bosnian and Croatian. His competitiveness and ambitions personality are pertinent assets to some of his other interests, such as soccer, tennis and golf. Recently, Emir joined New York Soccer League.
