Executive Vice President Emma Kerins is a seasoned real estate specialist who boasts more than 17 years experience in the business. She consistently ranks as one of the top-producing brokers at Halstead and ended 2011 in the top 5% of the company.

She earned fast success upon entering real estate, and was the youngest in Halstead's history to be named Executive Vice President at the time of her appointment. Emma has earned numerous awards for her outstanding performance, as well as a constant stream of accolades, referrals and repeat business from buyers and sellers who appreciate the honesty, diligence and dedication she brings to every relationship.

Emma takes great pride in the strong relationships she develops with her loyal clientele. Buyers appreciate her keen ability to listen, intuitively and quickly respond to their needs, acting efficiently in finding the home and investment best suited for them. Sellers are equally impressed with Emma's attentive, full-service approach throughout the transaction process, as they are with her effectiveness in achieving the fastest, most rewarding results possible.

Born and raised on the Upper West Side, Emma is a graduate of Hunter College High School and Brown University. Emma lives with her husband in a converted warehouse in Harlem. She is an avid traveler and enjoys playing beach volleyball whenever the weather cooperates. She has two step-children, Brayden and Brianna.
