Eran Elhanani is a real estate professional who has done it all, from rentals to commercial leases to residential and commercial sales. He has also represented developers as an on site salesperson and represented buyers in multi million transactions.
He moved to Halstead after working at a firm where he managed teams of agents as well as managing one of the branch offices for a mid size company. His clientele and contacts span around the Globe – Israel, Spain, Brazil, Columbia, China, India, Australia and more. He was featured in a real estate show in the past as well as in real estate publications such as the Real Deal.
Before starting his successful career in real estate, Eran spent five years in the high-tech industry working for world leading companies. He also co-founded Nascendi-Tec, a telecommunication and information technology company, in which he raised $1.2 million in capital from the Technion Incubator in Haifa.
Eran holds a Bachelors of Science with a triple major in Computer Science, Math and Medicine Science from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He lives in Manhattan and has done sales all over the city.
