Working for more than twenty years in both the publishing and financial industries, Erika Martin brings her understanding of the market cycles, financial and sales experience to Halstead Property. After living in several towns in Fairfield County, Erika has a deep appreciation and understanding of the attributes of the area, market conditions and many benefits for her clients.
Transacting real estate in Fairfield County can be challenging, emotional, and very exciting. Erika appreciates all dimensions of finding the right property for her customers and remains dedicated through the process. With her strong knowledge of the economic cycles and sensitivity to the process, Erika guides her clients with integrity and care. She connects with clients to understand their needs and truly believes that maintaining her client’s satisfaction is truly the biggest reward in the process.
Erika graduated from Wheaton College in MA, with a B.A. in Economics. She was raised in the Boston area and moved to New York City and then northward to Fairfield County in 1997.
Erika has spent many years volunteering with various community organizations through fund raising, events, charity and benefit work. She has worked with such organizations as The Mercy Learning Center in Bridgeport and the Westport Animal Shelter Advocates. She is an active member of the Southport Congregational Church and is involved with fundraising work and events. She is also a member of the Saugatuck Rowing Club.
Erika is a member of the Greater Fairfield County Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In addition, she is a member of the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors.
