Director of Sales, Halstead Property New Jersey, LLC
Eugene Cordano has garnered the respect of his clients & colleagues for nearly twenty-five years in his Real Estate career. Gene comes from a family of builders & developers in which his father gave him the insight to always look at each project from a variety of angles. Building on his father's teaching and prior to joining Halstead Property, LLC, Gene worked in mixed-use & residential real estate development & management for twelve years. Gene also spent three years marketing modular housing in Mexico.
Gene has been with Halstead Property for almost fourteen years. His experience has enabled him to offer a full range of real estate services in sales, rentals, project development from site acquisition & planning to sales & marketing. He specializes in residential condominium conversion with income producing or investment & 1031 properties. His practice has expanded to include commercial coop & condos, retail, sale lease backs & land sales.
Gene has been awarded membership in the Platinum Circle, the Producer's Council and the Gold Circle based on his dollar volume of sales & rental transactions. Halstead Property has now ventured into the State of New Jersey and Gene is the Broker of Record for Halstead Property New Jersey. Gene currently directs sales and marketing at Halstead's first office in Hoboken, NJ.
Gene holds a B.A. from St. John's University in Political Science with a minor in Finance. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the NY & the NJ Builders Association, NAR, NJAR, the Liberty & West Essex Boards of Realtors, the Hudson County & Hoboken Chambers of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity of Hudson County, Legatus of Morris County, NJ, and also participates in local USO, VFW & Catholic charities.
