Just this year, Eva received a Strategy Star Award, a first time appointment, by the president of the company, Diane Ramirez.

As a resident of a luxury condominium on Fifth Avenue, Eva was appointed as the “in-house broker” of Olympic Tower. She has sold apartments achieving top prices on many occasions. Fluent in several languages, and familiar with different cultures and customs, she is especially welcomed by international buyers and sellers as well as domestic residents. Many of her international clients are famous, important personalities as well as members of governments, dignitaries and celebrities.

A native of Krakow, Poland, Eva has a master's degree in International Business and Trade from the University of Miami. She is a hard worker who is dedicated to her career and her clients. Eva loves what she does, and there is no other place she would rather work and maintain a status as one of the top brokers in Manhattan.

Before joining Halstead, Eva worked for a small commercial real estate company where she was responsible for sales, dealing with principals and coordinating management. Through all these experiences, she gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about all aspects of commercial and residential real estate as well as experience with dealing with different personalities.

Eva enjoys skiing, golf, tennis and travels extensively all over the world, for business and pleasure. Her trips abroad contributed to her vast collection of Western African Art, as well as rare collection of antique furniture and fountain pens. A true “foodie”, Eva’s interest in good food and wine is extensive, as she is a graduate of culinary school. Eva actively participates in charity work at the Polish Embassy and organizes a variety of charity events.
