Evelyn Cole has 25 years experience in all aspects of New York City real estate. She has sold everything from townhouses to lofts, exclusive co-ops to not-yet-built condominiums in all neighborhoods of Manhattan, Long Island City and most recently, Brooklyn. She offers both buyers and sellers a high level of energy, integrity and excellent intuition, all of which she uses to turn even the most difficult deals into successes.
Evelyn’s knowledge of virtually all aspects of residential real estate gives her clients an edge that most brokers can’t offer. She has served on co-op and condominium boards, converted her own 10 unit building to a co-op, conducted a complicated 1031 exchange and, of course, sold millions of dollars worth of property.
Before moving to real estate, she spent 8 years as writer and editor for a national magazine. Her degree is in English from Hollins College in Virginia. She lives on the Upper West Side.
