Fern Todman is one of a rare breed... a REAL native New Yorker.
Having grown up here herself, she always knew she would raise her two daughters in the city she knew and loved so well.
After several lucrative careers in television production, business affairs and clothing design, Fern began her real estate career over 20 years ago, shortly after purchasing a co-op apartment in Carnegie Hill, on Manhattan's Upper Eastside. She has been selling apartments in New York City's most prestigious cooperatives and condominiums ever since. Although focusing on Manhattan's Upper East Side, Fern has equal knowledge of both the West Side and Downtown markets.
Devoting much of her time and energy into the marketing and sales of her exclusive listings, Fern feels her primary responsibility is to listen to her clients' needs and concerns, always putting them first. Once she begins working with a buyer or seller, Fern makes a total commitment to them, until a successful conclusion is achieved.
