Francesca Dricot has been involved with the NYC real estate market for many years. Prior to joining Halstead, she worked as treasurer and office manager for a mid-size real estate company which dealt in commercial and residential properties. She also managed properties and business affairs for a prominent high-net-worth family. These experiences helped hone her exceptional eye for detail, organizational skills, financial savvy, and ability to multitask in the most complex transactional environment – all vital assets to buyers and sellers, who today rely on her to orchestrate successful deals.

Prior to working in real estate, Francesca first was a credit and budget analyst. She prides herself on her ability to crunch the numbers. But everyone who meets her knows that she is a “people person”. The combination of numbers and personality combine to make her a savvy agent. She thoroughly enjoys helping clients achieve their goals of finding a home they love, doing so within the price range at which they feel most comfortable. Francesca also understands the real estate building process quite thoroughly, having handled various cooperative and condo projects from construction through closing. Rounding her knowledge further by managing numerous domestic and international residential properties, she ultimately decided to enter the more fulfilling and challenging world of sales in the New York City marketplace.

Originally from Westchester County, Francesca graduated from St. Michael’s College in Vermont with a BA in Business Administration and French. She has lived in Manhattan since the late 1970s, after helping her past employer realize many successful building projects she finally found her own dream home on the upper eastside. Francesca so much enjoyed the process of finding her own apartment she strives to inspire that same feeling of excitement for her clients. She demonstrates exceptional patience during the search and through every step of the transaction until their goals are fully satisfied.

Aside from her home in Manhattan, Francesca also owns property in Vermont and Southampton. Her favorite faraway travel spot is Europe when time allows. She also volunteers as treasurer for the French American Aid for Children, Inc., and is a member of the Paris American Club, American Ballet, and Metropolitan Museum of Art.
